FREIFELD

22:00Tasha & Stojche
23:00TashaLondon
Tasha’s DJing style weaves tunes together seamlessly from her bass informed home of the UK alongside four four techno forms born in Berlin and Detroit. With an accomplished and atmospheric hold on the dancefloor expect upfront cuts mixed in with some old gems and other styles in between like D&B / Jungle. In an industry where artists are asked to prioritize their art for social media presence, likes and other vacuous pursuits, Tasha is very much in demand for her ‘music first’ attitude, selection and ability.
01:00Galcher LustwerkNew York City
Already classic, Galcher Lustwerk is a complete, unique vibe. The New York-based producer, DJ, and vocalist ignited a fervent and instant fanbase in 2013 with his mix of all original material, “100% Galcher”. Its sexy blend of azure deep house productions and analgesic rap murmurs spawned many imitators, but as Pitchfork noted in their “Best Reissue” review, Lustwerk created, “a style that didn’t sound like anything else in dance music – not then, not before, not since.” That’s why he’s been in demand ever since, signing to Ghostly International and touring around the world. Regular stops include the most prestigious clubs and festivals, both underground (Panorama Bar, Sustain Release) and more mainstream (Ministry of Sound, Splash House) – testament to a sound both beloved and accessible. Whether performing a normal DJ set or mixing all originals with live vocals, Galcher presents music as essential as a heartbeat: sensual, timeless, and utterly original.
03:30StojcheMadrid
Musical trends may fluctuate over time, but some artists remain pillars unscathed by the change in the tides. One such artist is undoubtedly Stojche Cvetanovski. Native of Skopje, Macedonia, he established himself as notable undeground techno rebel, trapped in the urban chaos of the 21st century. Being exposed early to the expasion of the Motor City sounds in the Macedonian capital, triggered him to explore his own path in this futuristic music phenomenon called Techno. As an artist that always remained true to his vinyl collection, he played a vital role in the vibrant underground scene across the region. After a decade devoted solely to djing, he shifted to producing, and in 2009 he co-founded “Argumento Music”.

ANNEX — Mogol Soundsystem at Open Ground

Mogol Soundsystem CrewWuppertal
Mogol Soundsystem Crew is the connection between DIY soundsystem culture and electronic underground club sound. The project started out with the idea to open up the local bass music scene in Wuppertal by building a precise and sub-oriented system and doing parties with it, connecting the scene. Over time, a solid crew of regular selectors formed around the system, each one with their own distinctive approach to the art of selection – ranging from deep dub and heavyweight steppers to broken UK rhythms, experimental electronics, and driving 4x4 basslines, always rooted in soundsystem culture and a shared love for low frequencies. Since the construcion of the first speaker in early 2024, the Soundsystem was featured at multiple cultural hotspots of Wuppertal, delivering proper sound to the city, while creating a community for like-minded people. The selectors came together at several occasions to host parties in the city and did events at local spots like bars, the Café23 or the Open Lobby at Open Ground.
